Hi just very quick albeit noob'ish question. I have 2x512Mb PC2700 sticks, one is a no name brand and the other is a crucial. On an ASUS A7N8X N-Force 2, I have set the Memory Timings in the BIOS to "Aggressive" which results in timmings of 6,2,2,2T.

Firstly are these decent timings? and what does the T stand for.

Any help as always is appreciated.

PS: I think the first one (6) is precharge delay, I cant remember what the rest are or in what order they go.

Generally T = Cycles

Those are good timings. You might be able to set your tRC setting from 6T down to 5T. If you get any tRAS violations set it back to 6T.

Other than that your latency settings look good.
