Everyone I have been contacted by that has a DELL and a 7950 GTX has given me their clock numbers and they are not at 7950 levels, but much less du. e to overheating issues DELL had or has.
Download and patch your registry with coolbits and then go to the nVidia desktop manager and check out your clock frequency settings and post what numbers your machine is clocked at.
We can go from there.
