gaawwww! after spending 110 dollars on a epox 8k3a mobo with a one year warrenty I recieved my motherboard with a dimm slot tab floating around the package. the motherboard is defective and they wont replace it because of their "policy" of not replacing products with physical dammage! they inflicted that dammage with their poor packaging and I am pissed! boy cot them!!!!

CNETPC and Z-BUY both operate from the same storage facility (kinda like the ones with the garage door).

I have dealt with the CNETPC end...and got royally burned by those bstards. As fraudulent as they are, it would be nice to find a way to get them thrown in prison...that is where they belong.

What I would really love would be some pictures of their facility to post on the web. Next time I'm in the area, I think I will swing by for an interview.

And go to http://resellerratings.com and post your experience. Their rating on that site has been artificially inflated by their employees posting false reveiws, and we need ALL the bad ones to get up there to deflate that crap. Also, contact the BBB. They didn't really help me, but all ya need to do is tell them what happened, and perhaps they will be able to get them to listen.

lol I finaly got a replacement and it works fine the only problem is it smells like cat piss and I didnt get the retail package I ordered and sent back. I shall never buy from them again.
