Run time errors at 72:1833

Hi, I got an error message "Runtime Error(at 72:1833) List index out of bounds" during the installation of games At first, i thought that it happens bcoz i didn't download games completely but it is not concern with downloading. I downloaded and installed a lot of games since then. It happens suddenly so, i dun know what to do. Someone pls help me and i will be really appreciate for your help
