Boss BR 532 sending reverb to a mixer? is possible?

I was trying to send the reverb effect from my Boss BR 532 to my Mackie
mixer so I could control the
effects from the mixer for each mic, but I can't make it works.
The way that I'm trying to do it is connecting a 1/4 cable from the
"aux-send in the mixer" to the "line In RCA" in the Boss, then I send the
signal from the "line out" from the "Boss rca Line out" to a "mono 1/4
connection" in the mixer.
I do the same with a effect box(analog) from other member of the band and
works, maybe doesn't works with the Boss because is "digital" ?
anyone ?
