Problem with bluetooth

I have a problem by connecting my laptop and mobile. connection is not successful because of this error:
bluetooth peripheral device driver software...
can you help?
how should I fix it?

probably a driver issue, find out what model laptop you have and what brand, then go to their website and find your laptop, download the bluetooth drivers and install.
