Anybody get the "diagnostic test" Audigy 2 to work

Bought the audigy 2 yesterday and can't get 6.1 to work!!!!!!!!!!11

So i try to run the "diagnostic test" and it says to hit the "next button" There is NO FREAKING next button!!!!!

So I hit the "diagnose tab " and it says to hit the "start tests" button. There is NO FREAKING start tests button!!!

So i go to the site and look for support and the support link does'nt work! So i go to the knowledge tab and it does'nt work!!!

Plus my system is so freaking slow now.

Plus after trying all those buttons that don't exist or work a widow come up thanking me for subscribing to junk mail for which i did'nt subscribed to.

Anybody with this card get the "diagnostic test" to work? Do you see the buttons?
