i have a Fc sound card but it is not working on win 7

Foxconn sound card ? I think you mean Foxconn made your motherboard on what I think is a desktop. The actual sound controller and associated logic are not made by Foxconn. Foxconn is an integrator type of OEM where they engineer things based on other people's components.

You need to find the real maker of your sound card, as in who made the sound controller chipset.

Do you know the model of your computer ?
