I have been using Reason (2.5) with a desk-top PC . . . 1.6Ghz Pentium
4, and XP-Pro. It has been completely stable, no crashes at all (apart
from when other sequencers interfere with it!).
I am considering getting a laptop, for live use of Reason, and wondered
if anyone knows anything about the stability of Reason when using a
Celeron processor???

There are no stability issues with any processsor. However there may be
stability issues with a mobo chipset or OS configuration, that that applies
to anything.
