DVD-Audio with 20bit resolution and/or different sample fr..

Hello,

as the subject line suggests, I am interested in DVD-Audio discs that
have

1. at least one track with 20bit resolution

and/or

2. different sample frequencies in the same track, i.e. different
sampling frequencies for the two channel groups, e.g. 96kHz for channel
group 1 and 48kHz for channel group 2.

Is there anyone who knows about commercially available discs with these
properties, or know how to produce one of these by yourself?

Maybe there is some site that lists this kind of information for
currently available DVD-Audio discs?
