Cannot take ownership of file access denied

Hello,
someone has taken the ownership of my files and folder so its showing access is denied and i cant take the ownership of the files and cant access it.....so can u help me give me a valid solution to access my files....

Logon as the user that took ownership or as a local account with administrator rights.
