Laptop wont boot

Hello,
I'm brando.
I have an MSI cx-420 laptop and I am using this for more than a year now.
but when I tried to start it, only the MSI logo appears on the screen with a black color background on it.
I tried re-starting it but same appears.
I tried removing the battery then pressing the start button without the battery just to drain the source but still same condition.
I tried also pressing the F11 & F3 just to have it to a safe mode but it doesnt work. still the MSI logo with a black color background on it.

what maybe the problem with this?
