I have a Plantronice Explorer 360 and the volume is so low, if there is any noise at all you cannot hear it ring, little less the person that called. Anyone can tell me how to increase the volumn. I have the phone set as high as possible. Thanks

I don't know the specific model, but my first instinct would be to pop it open and replace the wimpy little speaker they put in it. Alternatively, you could modify the earpiece itself to be more like the bud of an in-ear-canal headset (aka canal earbuds/in-ear earbuds) which transmit sound much better and can help isolate noise.
