i have the same problem, but my provider is ATT or Cingular i can do sms but not mms i was able to recieve mms until i monkeyed around with my settings to try to send mms now i cannot do either please help very frustrated, but i love everything else about the phone

You have to contact your phone service provider and let them know what the model of your phone is. They will send codes via text message to your phone to set it up. Then you have to text yourself to unlock it.
