I have reinstalled / formatted my main hard drive with XP. The motherboard is an A7N8X. For some reason, only the hard drive that I repartitioned shows up. The 2nd hard drive (which I put all my data) does not show up.

It is on hardware devices through the bios setup and the windows device setting. However, when I "populate properties" for the drive, there is no drive letter.

Any ideas?

Go to the logical disk manager, right click om the partition(s) on the disk and select 'Assign drive letter'
