I'm using winXP sp2. when I run games, they pop up some thing like "your
desktop is using 256 color, please change to 16bit or higher", "requires
minimun of 32mb video card memory", etc.
my video card is Geforce FX5200 with 64mb memory, and my desktop is set at
32bit color. I have installed the lastest offical driver and DirectX 9.
other softwares can detect the correct info, just can't run games!
who can tell me why? what's going wrong??

what kind of GAMES ? old games, or new ?

for old games, try downgrading the DirectX ( which you will find
impossible to do )...

and change the color depth from 32 bit to 24 bit ...
