Router disconnecting

Hello, I havea cradlepoint ctr 35 that keeps disonnecting from the modem. This used to work fine until the past week or so now it is a problem. Called cradlepoint support who thought it was really weird, got back online, but then when I went away for an hour disconnected and we had to reset

you could try factory resetting the device, seeing if there is a newer firmware. other than that you would need to replace it.

Actually they gave us a ne IP address, that seemed to fix it!
