Looks like RAM at first glance:

0x3B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.

In addition, a BCP1 of 0xC0000005 means ACCESS_STATUS_VIOLATION, IE: Memory Corruption.

One of three things could be the cause: The driver for the network card is unstable, one of hte sticks of RAM has an error, or the BIOS settings for the RAM is incorrect [more RAM right need looser timings/more voltage for stability].

For the short term, run memtest86 and see if you get any RAM errors. If so, test each RAM individually to isolate the bad one(s). If the sticks all pass individually, then you probably have a BIOS settings problem.
