I am looking for information about chance to change power supply 120V
(US) to 240V (Europe) JBL Northridge 250P

The easiest and least painful way would be to get an external step-down
(220~240VAC --> 110~120VAC)transformer and run the sub through it. I've
run lots of US gear in Europe through those, and even some UK gear here
in the US (some step-down transformers are also step-up if you swap the
input with the output). They work like a charm.
