Ipod drive for transfer?

I was trying to transfer my songs off my ipod touch, to my Itunes account on my PC. My computer had crashed and i was trying to put all the songs back on without losing them. i searched on how to do it on google,

and i went to this website:

i was doing everything, but when i had to go to the "ipod drive" it doesn't have a folder for that. i tried unconnecting my ipod from my PC and then putting it back and that didn't help.

did i do something wrong? or do i need to do something else to get my ipod drive?
