I have for sale a Royer R-122 active ribbon mic. I bought it brand new
from Sweetwater about two years ago. I never really had any
opportunity to use it so It sat in its box and I kind of forgot about
it. About two months ago I lent it to Mixerman who used it for a few
days on a record he was working on and that was basically the first
time it had really been used (the studio he was at was so impressed
with the sound of this mic they bought two while he was still there.)
Now that I have it back I've decided I don't do enough recording to
hold on to this mic and here it is. $1200 firm. I would prefer to
sell in the L.A. area. Thanks,

You need a better agent. If he liked it and wanted to buy a couple, and
you had it and weren't planning to use it, you should have sold him
yours right there on the spot. Then rather than saying "Used by
Mixerman" (which doesn't mean a hill of beans) you could say "I sold a
mic to Mixerman."
