clear display for portable chess computer?

Hello group,
I am searching for a portable chess computer which has
a good display so that it is easy to distinguish between
bishop and pawn ;-)

Here are some displays which I don´t like:

But this model here (Excalibur Deluxe Talking Chess) looks quite good:

Do You know of any other nice displays from other chess computers?
(And I mean chess computer, not a palm, notebook or pc) ;-)

By the way, is there any online-shop in germany which sells this
chess computer [3] ?
