CD/DVD-ROM digital out

Hello, I want to know if is possible to conect the digital out of the CD or DVD-ROM Drive (two pins conection that exist next to analog out) in my digital-in concetion of sound card.

so that if you'll play cd-audio (ex. in bios), you can hear sound even windows is not loaded.
