So im planning to upgrade every major component of my PC in the next couple of months. The only parts i will be keeping will be my PSU and 2x HDD/DVD burner.

Will i run into any problems with my current installation of windows 7. Im not planning to format it, but will it suddenly deactivate itself or anything? Will i be able to reinstall it in the future if i need to format?

That is way over the hardware change limitation of the OEM license agreement.

A change of mobo require new OEM license.

No, it's already tie to the hardware you installed on originally.
