I am using Adobe Audtion. I want to create an audio track using the
multi track view.
I have imported a .wav file and have inserted it into track2 and have
moved it to where I want it to start.
On track 1 I have pressed the red R to arm it to record...and then i
record using a microphone. Now I want to be able to do something like
this.
I want to talk into the mcrophone saying for example. Now take a
listen to this...and then I want track 2, my .wav file to play.
The .wav file does play but I do not hear it at all when I export the
audio as an mp3. so I dont think it is getting recorded into the whole
track. How do I fix this?
Also as soon as the .wav file is done or even about 2 seconds before I
want to be able to start talking into the mic and have my voice fade
into it.
So basically I want the audio tracks that are loaded into the other
tracks to be heard in the final product how do I do this?

First you have to do a mixdown. There are two ways to do
this. One is File, save mixdown as, and the other is Edit,
