am buying tomorrow a mobo with nforce2 ultra400 with athlonXP 2500. which ram shud i buy? DDR333 or DDR400? thanks

GO with DDR400 because its only a few bucks more expensive. Its going to give you more headroom for o/c tweaking while running at 333...
That will also make your platform ready in case you upgrade to a 200mhz FSb processor later on...
