[Solved] 64 bit Java won\'t install on Windows 7 x64

  1. Ok, it won't install. Do you get an error? Is there a reason you didn't try the 32 bit version? Could you give us a bit more information to go on?
  2. ITS NOT THAT IT WON'T INSTALL. MY PROBLEM IS THAT THE CURRENT JAVA IS OUT OF DATE AND IT WILL NOT UPDATE. WHEN I TRY TO UPDATE JAVA INSTALLATION BEGINS AND THEN STOPS SAYING INTERRUPTED TRY AGAIN LATER. WHEN I TRY TO UNINSTALL THE CURRENT JAVA IT DOES NOT COMPLETE UNINSTALLING. ITS LIKE IT IS STUCK. SO I CANNOT UNINSTALL THE CURRENT JAVA AND IT WILL NOT UPDATE. CAN YOU HELP PLEASE?
