Is it worth upgrading? Does more RAM affect ut2k3?

Hey guys. I was considering getting more RAM to run in dual channel with 1Gb of RAM instead of SC with only 512 mb of RAM. I would assume that 1Gb DC would be better, but I got the chance to test it out at the computer store and it made 0 difference in the ut2k3 benchmark.

Of course, I do not trust this benchmark at all, it says like 50 fps and really its more like <30 most of the time like when I am looking at like the whole level froma high point or something like that.

SO basically, what I want to know is, is it worth it to make the upgrade do you think? It will only cost me 100$ CDN (like $60 US) so really, I probably will get it, but if it really is going to make absolutely no difference (like it did in the benchmark) then I wont bother. What do you guys think?

Here are my current benchs and systyem specs:

I know that ur2k3 used more than 512mb of ram so the reset will page onto your hard drive, making it very slow. Get the Geil 1gb pc3200 dual channel kit.

F-DISK-Format-Reinstal DO DA!! DO DA!!

Hrmm. Ok thanks, thats really what I was wondering.

I cant get the Geil dual channel kit though cuz I already have 512 mb of valueRAM (dirt timings) and I dont have the money to go get a set of expensive RAM stuff. Besides, I already tried this module in my system and it ran in dual channel fine, I just didnt get any different benchmarks. Unfortunately, since the computer was in teh shop when I was trying this RAM module, I couldnt really run all my tests, just ut2k3 bench.
