any name brand pc3200 cl2 or cl2.5 ram will be fine. CL 2.0 will perform slightly better than cl2.5.

The ocz ram listed above more than sufficient for running on the nforce2 (I am assuming you're not overclocking)

i'll just list good brands

micron, crucial, samsung, infineon, corsair, ocz, geil, muchkin (spelling?), kingston, kingmax...

There are more good brands but i cannot think of them off the top of my head. Try to get ram with timmings around 2.5-3-3-7 1t. The lower the numbers the better the performance, there is no point going below the timmings stated above if you are not overclocking.

I have the nForce2 Ultra400 chipset, running at 333FSB, and I use the Corsair XMS matched pair 2x256 package. Corsair's XMS memory is rather pricey, and if I were to build my next computer I would probably just go with OCZ or Kingston HyperX as it's cheaper. Just as long as it's CAS Latency 2.0, because you spent the money on nForce2 and you want to maximize your system.
