I have a gigabyte 7knxp mother board with an xp 2600 cpu
I just ordered to wd raptor's with two power cords and I have to serial ata cords. I use the Sil3112 raid chipset the only interface card that came with my mobo has two internal and two external plugs for the serial ata's but one plug in for the atx power and one plug out for the serial ata power. Is this going to work for my raid 0 stripe because of the 3.3v required for the serial or can I just use the power cords that come with my drives to plug directly in to my p/s
Im using antec 430 Watt true power supply in a thermaltake case.
