Connecting 6.1 Sound card to receiver

I have an Audigy 2 and a Marrantz 6.1 Receiver. I also have a set of Inspire 6700 6.1 Speakers connected to the sound card. Since DVD Audio does not support Digital output I will need to make another analog connection. However I will need the type of RCA cable with three connectors as the extra one is for the rear center and the 3.5mm jack needs three lines to take 3 signals.

Also since I dont want to have to keep crawling behind the computer to change the plugs between amplifier and pc speakers (the amps speakers are positions away from da pc) i will need a headphone socket doubler which can carry three signals instead of the usual two.

My question is where can I get the above. PLease leave a web address and give me an idea of how much they will cost. Oh one more thing. They must be gold plated.
