Need opinion~ Audigy or Audigy2?

ok..here goes, the question is simple, I know that Audigy2 is better than Audigy1, but does Audigy2 worth the extra money to buy?
i'm looking for a new sound card, so I can put the current SB Live to my older computer
what do you think? should I just buy SB Audigy or spent a bit more for Audigy2?

SB Audigy = 59$(CAN)
SB Audigy2 = 107$ (CAN)

I won't be using it for any thing fancy, just want a good quality sound card for gaming and musics

My last audigy2 soundcard crapped out on me....it delievered great sound on my 5.1 speakers. I replaced it with a turtle beach santa cruz and will never look back....the santa doesnt pop and crack in games like my audigy did and music seems to sound a little crisper...
