With the new atoms coming out, is anyone actually excited? I wish the Microsoft Zune HD phone would use this but is instead going to utilize a simple ARM11 and Nvidia tegra chip......

I was until they said that they would be on the same system boards, and thus not add all the features they could (like USB3.0 or DP).

I would love to add speed to my current table, but also connectivity (including ExpresCard) which to me would make it worthwhile spending extra dollars for a cheap Atom processor based computer-thingy (that all-encompassing technical term ;) ).

Yeah, I was wondering why Atom doesnt also enter the handheld market. Im sure they could impliment the processor to work with a zune, its big enough even to add at least 1gig of ram.... or a zune tablet similar to the i pad would be great!
