I'm thinking of buying a AIW 9600Pro and hooking my spare computer up to my TV. I'm not planning to do any text based stuff, I just want to watch movies, play the occasional game while laying on my bed (lazy). I download the occasional Divx movie, and I also plan to play DVD's through it, and of course MP3's if I can figure out how to hook it up to my stereo.
Okay, here is my question: I just have a plain old Panasonic TV, 27" with all the normal video in cables.
Will the video be any good? and which video source should I hook up? S-video or component?
TIA
Tim

Games will be a little fuzzy but for watching DVDs and Divx movies will be fine. SVHS is good, component, if you mean the basic cable type hook up, SVHS is better.

Hooking up the the stereo is easy, get a cable with a mini plus on one end that splits to RCA plugs. You can get the cable at Radio Shack.

Thanks Prisoner,
Eventually I would like to turn this computer into a complete htpc, so this is just a start.
