Encrypted by Bitlocker win 7

Hello,

I encrypted my folders with bitlocker and they turned green then i changed my windowes so i dont have access to my last user but i do have Recovery key identification,Full recovery key identification and BitLocker Recovery Key how can i use these to recover my files?
what i did to encrypt my files was right click then properties then advanced then encrypt content to secure data at the end.

Thanks but the problem is i dint not use bitlocker to lock the Drive i just used it to lock some folders inside of my Drive F and now in Control panel Bit locker section all of the drives are unlocked already, what i exactly did was using win 7 right clicked then advanced and checked encrypt content to secure data and now after changing my win 7 i cant access them

Not BitLocker then, that is only for full drive encryptions. Maybe EFS then.

You should have options to use the files you used to open the folder though, what happens when you try to access the files?

the files turned green when i click on them they dont open when i right click go advanced and try to uncheck encrypt content to secure data i get an error occurred applying attribute to the file and access denied.

You probably don't have user rights to the files after you re-installed Windows. Take ownership of the files, although make sure that does not destroy the encryption key used on the files. You would see a warning.
