Hi,

I'm using a mic with phantom power, m-audio solo interface and
audition. For some reason the level stops at 6db. The wave form is
levelled off as well. I've maxed the "volume" on the m-audio.

Any idea why it is not going up to 0db?

What are you trying to record, and with what mic, and how far away are
you with said mic from the sound source?
