Acer Lcd Monitors ???

I`m thinking of getting an Acer AL1715 LCD monitor.
The monitor is a great deal at a local audio-video store.
I`m a gamer primarily but also do some CAD drawing on the PC.
The response time is claimed at 12ms according to the
Acer web site.
The store does not have the monitor in stock to look at.
I know that returning it would not be a problem if i was not satisfied.(Advantage of buying local.)

i have`nt come across any reviews for the Acer AL1715.

I`m wondering how it compares to other LCD`s.
Like the BenQ 17 inch 12ms
or the LG L1710S 16ms.

Both the LG and the Acer are d-sub input.
I think the Benq has both dvi and d-sub.

The biggets factor is i can get the Acer for $100.00 cheaper.( Canadian funds).

How do Acer LCD`s rate ????
