Very ANNOYING problem... Please help

Ok, No one is answering me in Video Editing.. But i think this might be a video Card problem.

Basically.. i just bought a MiniDV camera. and the firewire cable and i used Premiere 6.0 and 6.5 to capture video.. but I have a LeadTek GeForce 4 Ti4200 Is this my Problem? I don't think that card is a problem because its captureing everything and turning it to an AVI... but now here's the annoying ass part. When i go to Convert to MPG and i play that file it makes I only Get AUDIO and No VIDEO?
Im new to premiere is there something im not selecting? please help

In the AVI format is everything right? Audio/Video?

yeah when i play the AVI everything works fine, for somereason i can't convert that file with any other programs.... except boilsoft for some reason

I don't know there answer but try the site below for great video help.

Hopefully you'll see something in the Capture or Convert sections.
