bought an Asus P4P800 Ghz motherboard and a 2.4C Ghz intell chip ...anyone here of any incompatability problems between them and the corsair DDR 256MB|32x64 VS DDR400 ? the board supports duel channeling aswell if that makes a difference...

The reason i ask is that, when i connected my computer i didn't even get a posting screen :/ was wondering if a ram incompatibility could be the prob here.

any incite would be appriciated

i think u mean the P4P800 but i have no idea about the ram your using. if its the LL corsair ram you may need to relax your memory timings as they come as 2-3-2. make sure you've put the ram in the right slot (the one closest the the heatsink and if your running duel channel put the ram in the blue slots.
