By cpu do you mean desktop computer????????
your video card needs to have multiple outputs(or a usb to vga adapter), and then you plug in a keyboard and mouse......just like you normally would..... :)

be more specific next time, the more details, the more we can help :)

You can, but you'd need something like a bluetooth dongle or a couple of wireless keyboard/mouse sets. You'd also need a graphics card that can output to two monitors, i.e. most all graphics cards have at least 2 outputs on them now-a-days.

Oh, I think I get it now. Ok. There are a few things like that but they are probably not worth your money or time unless you run a business or something.... For windows servers there is something called "Terminal Services" and that is where you can have multiple people logged onto the server and running programs at the same time, but you do need a computer to connect to the server though.

And there is also something that you can use, but I have never used it and I am not too familiar with it. There are things called "Dummy Terminals" that are just boxes with usb, nic, and vga ports that connect to a server over the network and load the operating system directly from the server and then the terminals are fully functioning computers. It is supposed to keep overhead costs down, but I can only see that being helpful to larger businesses.

I don't think that what you are asking will work, one computer with two monitors that have multiple simultaneous users running, but terminal services and remote terminals do work. I hope that this helps and gives you some more insight on this. :)
