Online Plans for DAW Desk?

I was wondering if anyone had plans for a nice ergonomically sound desk I
could build rather than spending $500 or more. It could take me a while
since the one I have is just fine--just uncomfortable.

I'd need room for 2 monitors, a 1202 mixer, about 3 full spaces of rack gear
(already have the racks), a few desktop pieces, and would LOVE the
adjustable keyboard/mouse arm.

Any plans would be appreciated. I'm killing myself right now with an old
desk from my adolescence.
