Radeon 9000pro and SkyStar2 DVB card

Does anyone know why SS2 DVB card cannot be properly installed when 9000pro is present in the system. I changed my Soltek NV 400-64 because of that and have bought Epox 8RDA3+ but nothing helped - the problem remains. Is this some kind of hardware incompatibility or something related to the drivers. I tried all chipset and device drivers, changing slots, messing with IRQs, flashing bioses but nothing helped. In Soltek didnt know anything about that, in ATI also. Maybe someone would know the solution.

Basically its already a dual output card, my 9800Pro won't share either.
