+25 Stat Scrolls

Besides Vendors and Ebay. How does one obtain a +25 stat scroll? Dungons?
Bod Reward?? Quest Reward??

Hmm. Since I don't even know that many people on UO. I suppose that I am
stuck with massing millions of gold and buying one off a vendor. Maybe a
blacksmithing +20 scroll trade could be in order??? I've seen them about the
same price on my shard.

I am in a guild. Unfortunatelly I only see the guild master and hes not on
that often. Like I said. It'll be a while.
