external case help

hello,

i am not even sure what type of drive
it is. but i was told i can convert
this drive:

hitachi
hard disk drive
model: dk319h-18wc
mfg # 3013010156

can you please direct me to an external
case that i can use to hook this hdd up
to my laptop through the usb port.
