I'm thinking of buying the Mitsubishi Diamondcrysta RDT195S. I don't even know if it's sold outside Japan yet, but it supposedly has an 8ms response rate. Anyone hear of it, or any other 8ms LCDs? It'll cost $700, which is above my budget, but it seemed too good to pass up. The specs (in japanese) are here:

There are 2 other 19" 8 ms. Hyundai L90D+ and Samsung SyncMaster 913N.
The only review I know about it is this one:
