Wanted: software upgrade for Proceed AVP

I have a 1999 vintage Proceed AVP preamp/processor which is in need of a
software upgrade. I've only recently learned that the Proceed brand has been
retired and my AVP is an orphan.

I tried contacting the dealer from which I purchased the AVP to see whether
they could still upgrade it, and found that the dealer is in the process of
changing hands (yet another corporate merger, I take it), and only has a
recording answering the phone.

Rumor has it that there are some lucky souls who were able to persuade Proceed
to send them software upgrades on floppy disks, presumably due to lack of
dealer support. If you are such a fortunate person, I'd greatly appreciate a
copy of the code.

Note that this is for the AVP, not the AVP2 or PAV.
