is my ram holding my system back

at the moment im running corsair XMS 3200. my 2.4 cpu has an FSB of 240 and my graphics card is also OCed. would getting DDR3700 stop the bottle neck or would duel channell work just as well.

dont know whatever is standard with the ram.

How did you get pc 3200 memory to oc a 2.4 to 3g. That is what I want to do(a 2.6 to 3+) but from what I have read everyone recommends buying pc3700+ minimum to do that. I have the p4p800 board and I would rather save the money on the ram but still get it up to 3gig. What ram modules did you buy?
