DVD backup help

i backed up one of my old DVD's cause the orginal is getting messed up. Well i extraced all the files i needed, but now when i burn them i dont know where the files go. Im using Nero 6 and i chose "make a dvd" opition, now there 2 folder Video_ts and Audio_ts. And thse are files i have form my dvd

VIDEO_TS
VIDEO_TS.VOB
VIDEO_TS.BUP
VTS_01_0
VTS_01_0.BUP
VTS_01_0.VOB
VTS_01_1.VOB
VTS_01_2.VOB
VTS_01_3.VOB
VTS_01_4.VOB

my question is what files go in what folder?

Put it all in the video_ts folder and all should work fine.
