my Logitech V470 bluetooth mouse suddenly stopped working. I replaced batteries and hit re-set. The blue light on top flashes, but red light below does not turn on. I am pairing with a macbook running snow leopard -- has worked beautifully, until now.

any advice?

Logitech has some software to clear and reset settings for their wireless mice, but I am not sure if it's available for the MAC. Check on their site for it.

Thanks for your advice. I searched their website, but didn't find any update software -- so gave up/in and bought a new mouse. For what it's worth, the apple mighty mouse seems to work really well.... -blair

Hi there, I had the same problem, the mouse just stopped communicating with the PC, although the blue light came on when it should. I used some Logitech connection software that must have been installed when I started using the mouse, and it offered a diagnosis. I got it to troubleshoot the connection, and when it told me to do so, I pressed the button on the downward face of the mouse, that allows it to pair with another device. It said to wait, which I did for what seemed like several minutes, and after this it started working again. This is a V470 mouse on an HP Pavilion DM1 running Windows 7. Good luck!
