After installing SP2 for Window XP, OSA.EXE (MS Office file) consumes 99% of
the cpu time. Is there a way to fix this. Office patch/service pack maybe?

Thanks

Office Setup places a shortcut to the Osa.exe file in the Windows Startup
folder; the file is named "Microsoft Office".

You can safely remove the Osa.exe file without causing the Office XP
programs to fail.
